What do you mean by 'account locked out' stage ?

After reaching the maximum number of attempts to answer a question, learner's account gets inactive and the learner needs to contact support to get the account unlocked. This is called the LOCKOUT STAGE. This feature ensures that the learner gets the right assistance in understanding the question and the course material.
